Among his achievements: global marketing leader gastro-intestinal products and VP business development Europe at Janssen Pharmaceutica, founder and ex-CEO of Movetis, a public biopharmaceutical spin-off company of Janssen Pharmaceutica that was later acquired by Shire. Founder of asset development company Progress Pharma and co-founder and ex-CEO of eTheRNA, a joint project between the University of Brussels and Progress Pharma. Co-founder and ex board member of imec spin-off Spectricity and ex board member of Tigenix and Across Health.

Currently, Reyn is managing partner of investment fund Bioqube Factory Fund, business angel investor in non-pharma companies and a member of different think tanks active in pharma. He is the current president of flanders.bio and a past president of Rotary Turnhout.
